Join us in celebrating National Disability Employment Awareness Month and find out:
- How unconscious bias is impacting our ability to be present and supportive of the clients we serve?
- How are our own mental models getting in the way of the important work that we have committed to?
In this 90-minute session, Hasan will lead participants through a creative exploration of bias. Using his epic poem “The Race” as a foundation for conversation about how we get to our better selves and better our work. Hasan will unpack the cycle of bias and engage with you in planning successful strategies to break the cycle. Bring something to write on, something to write with and enough curiosity to get you past the title!
